We impartially supervise the services of both handling companies in Portugal, at Lisbon, Porto and Faro airports, both in the passenger area and on the ramp, such as:
- Safety of airline operation;
- Daily briefings to passenger and ramp agents;
- Complete all required reports and audits;
- Main point of contact locally;
- Point of contact for other Airline stations for information and requests;
- Meeting with all vendor and local government agencies;
- Ensure only trained personnel is assigned to all flights operated;
- Ckin, boarding and ramp supervision;
- Excess Baggage collection;
- Monitoring and reporting any issues with the Flight Crew;
- Turnaround supervision and
- Flight reports;
- Traffic Rights request to ANAC.
We also offer airline's station manager/representative when the company does not have its own staff.
